the road map/the coaching flow

onboarding call:

setting the vision

We will kick start our journey with a 60 min onboarding call, where we will set the direction of the following months.

We’ve got to make sure to set a clear vision, once the vision is clear, strategy becomes easy

Regardless of your fitness level—beginner, intermediate, or expert—we create a personalized workout plan tailored to your goals, with regular updates to match your progress. Each exercise includes a video demonstration for proper form.

Nutritional advice:

We are not the ones to put you on a restrictive diet. We want you to enjoy the foods you love while achieving your dream physique. We follow a pretty unique way of eating, called range based nutrition, which will make your body recomposition journey feel almost effortless, while nourishing your body to perform your best in and outside of the gym. You're going to learn how to meet your nutritional needs daily while following a non-restrictive way of eating and living.

Accountability:

We will have bi-weekly check-ins to log your progress, weight, and photos. These sessions will also focus on your mindset, body image, and confidence to ensure overall progress.

Personal Tracking:

Stay accountable with daily habit trackers for water, nutrition, and steps, along with features to track macros. Key features include 1-1 chat support, daily habit tracking, and a personalized workout plan where you can record your weights, reps, and sets.

check-During our bi-weekly 1:1 check-in calls we will catch up on your past weeks following the framework- we make sure you’re on track and continue the program with ease while reflecting back onto the past week’s progress and discuss the further process flow, making sure you know exactly what needs to happen to nail your training and nutrition the days ahead of you.

You have unlimited access to us while following through the program, so I can guarantee a smooth execution of Build+Shred

Additionally to your individual 1:1 coaching we, as a group, come together for our weekly group coaching call, where we dive deep into all things mindset, training, nutrition and answer all your questions along the way. You will feel the group’s support as we celebrate every win, small and big, together .
