Hi, I’m Hannah. Founder and head coach of weThrive Coaching.

When I first started training, I was chasing skinny. I thought the goal was to lose weight — but what I really needed was to gain strength, discipline, and confidence.

For years, I worked hard in the gym but stayed stuck in the “skinny-fat” cycle. I trained 5x a week, ate “healthy,” and built my business working 60+ hours — but I was exhausted, plateaued, and didn’t recognize myself anymore.

The turning point? Investing in my first coach. With structure, accountability, and the right plan, I lost 8–10kg sustainably, built the strong, lean physique I’d been chasing, and unlocked a new identity as both an athlete and coach.

A few years ago, I was training 5x a week, eating “healthy,” and working 60+ hours building my business. On the surface, I was doing everything right. But behind the scenes, I was skipping sessions, ignoring recovery and sleep, plateauing in the gym, and feeling constantly bloated, tired, and stuck.

I had gained 7kg over two years. I didn’t recognize myself anymore. The turning point? Investing in my first coach. With structure, accountability, and the right plan, I lost 8–10kg sustainably, built the strong, lean physique I’d been chasing, and unlocked a new identity as both an athlete and coach.

Fast forward, I’ve maintained a strong, lean physique year-round while also chasing new goals I once thought impossible.

I completed my first Ironman, ran my first marathon sub 03:30, finished three Ironman 70.3 races

But the truth is, what I love most isn’t the medals or the numbers — it’s the person I’ve become along the way.

Confident. Balanced. Strong inside and out.
