    My life completely changed in the last 16 weeks, I feel like a different person inside and out. I now have a consistent workout routine that I really enjoy and I look forward to each work out, doesn't matter if it is a gym workout or a running session. Gym-Time is now ME-Time where I don't focus on "burning calories" or punishing myself, but rather focus on self-improvement, getting stronger and just having an hour for myself without distractions. I found I confidence in myself I didn't think I even head in me and I only got positive feedback from my colleagues and family that I now seem more happy and radiate positivity.

    Of course also my body changed, I now look A LOT leaner and my clothes just fit better.

    Also my running performance improved significantly - I can now run paces I never thought possible and I still see a lot of improvement in this area!

    I can just emphasize what I wrote the weeks before, I am really starting to feel like the best version of myself, but the funny thing is, how big the mental part is! I feel like my head is clearer and not so clouded and I just need the structured training to balance out the stress from work.

    I went to the gym with my mom this week and it was the most fun I've had with her in a while.

    Also I went to a Pilates class this week (I haven't been to Pilates in a while) and we were doing arms and facing the mirror and I was like "WHO IS SHE?!" like is this really me? I never thought it possible for me to have defined shoulders and I never thought that I would love this body part so much haha

    I don't think I can even put into words what Hannah has done for me. My world was turned completely upside down. When we had our first call, she asked me what I wanted to achieve and I thought big goals were completely unrealistic. I just wanted to get fitter. Now I know that nothing is unrealistic. Hannah taught me everything I needed to know about working out, training plans and nutrition. She gave me the mindset with which I can do it all. She is still always there when I have questions. I never have the feeling that I am alone with my fitness journey.

    I can achieve anything I want in sports and with my body if I am only committed.

    Before the program, I didn't even dream of what l've achieved now and in such a short time. I've managed to run a few kilometers at an okay pace and with the program I've managed to run a half marathon in under two hours.

    And that was just the beginning. I am a real gym rat now. You almost have to force me to do a rest day (don't tell Hannah 😉).
